In 1991 my entrepreneurial career began, I was young but motivated to achieve challenging goals. Guided by what I have always considered to be healthy life values, I have refined the ingredients that have allowed me to overcome the most difficult moments, such as Perseverance, Willpower, Ambition always maintaining an approach to life that is respectful of people and institutions.

Initially it was the insurance world that attracted me, then the real estate world that I have never abandoned. After more than a decade of business I directed my activities for social security systems to support state ones. I thus studied a field that few had explored at that time, the “Supplementary Healthcare“. In fact I wondered why Health, therefore the Health Service, defended by a constitutional article, left too many people without the possibility or exposed to debt to get treatment.

I felt I could do something, it was 2007, an era that does not recall any state intervention in that sector, I then thought of a sustainable model, animated by strong values ​​​​but also by concreteness, sure that it could support the public service without invading it but creating value for families and workers. I founded Mutua MBA which later became the most important Italian Mutual. From then on, some reforms and new approaches in the world of work have brought this mutualistic model to a wide diffusion, still growing today.

At that time, there were 5 service providers operating in the sector, the same ones that served the entire insurance market, but there was no Health Centre that could understand the needs of a new type of patients, those of the Health Funds, or rather the workers who would have animated them through the CCNL, at the time the sector was unknown.
